Breaking Down Barriers: Exploring Access to Local Welfare Support in York
Please join us between 11:30-14:30 on 6 November for an interactive event delivered by the University of York and co-produced by York residents.
Find out more about local welfare assistance in York and share your experiences. This event marks a midway point in lived experience research workshops, which have been commissioned by the Local Welfare Safety Net project, a Lloyds Bank Foundation funded collaboration.

Each month a team of our trained volunteers visit a different care home in York. The aim of the visits is to get a snapshot of the care home based on their observations, conversations with residents and feedback from staff and residents’ family and friends.
