While in tears today and no i never really cry recived a csll back ftom s eoman called Amanda rude is the word i would use sbout her!! Asked for a support letter briefly eithout moaning just a fact ivr had double mastectomy heart condition serious mental health problems to be told(dont real that all off to me i dont need to her it) only asking for a support letter could nt believe this womans attitude definatly not PC or should i have been relieved about that. In the past received excellent support from Dan!! Wont use this place again bloody awful sadly not a nice woman i think she might be in the right job!!

The initial contact was made following my Mum's end of life care in Red Lodge. I wanted support while dealing with emotionally charged issues to do with the problems mum and the family experienced during her last months of life. I found OCAY's methods of selection for help very frustrating and didn't know until the day before a meeting with the acting manager if I was going to have support form them. On the day they were very good and the result of the meeting was extremely satisfactory
