Poor customer service and would not be using
Got booked an appointment other side of town during peak hour when trying to re-arrange the appointment l got told it is going to be cancellation and sent back to GP. It is all about making money no regards to the logistics of how one can get there or not taking into consideration of delays

Appalling. Unacceptable.
I rang to make an appointment for a scan. I was on the phone for over an hour, waiting to move up the queue. When I reached number 3 the queuing system cut out and the phone rang out. This was approximately 4.30. Since the system operates until 5 pm I held on, thinking someone would answer. Nobody did. So I have held the line for almost an hour and a half, and got nowhere. This is not good enough, no matter how stretched the staff are. I don't want to blame the staff, as I'm sure they are harrassed, but I have no idea why I am calling Yorkshire when I live in Manchester, and presumably we (NHS in Greater Manchester) are paying for a service which is not being / cannot be provided. Those who manage the system are to blame, and it needs to be addressed.
Waited one hour 20 minutes no reply
Absolutely poor and unresponsive service creating longer waits for patients and the NHS

I have been waiting on the phone for over an hour. It is still ringing out even as I type.
Don't answer the phone
You sent me a text message about an appointment which I never made and know absolutely nothing about. I don't even know how you got my details and who authorised you to contact me. You provide an 0345 number to call if I want to cancel the appointment. You don't answer the phone. Absolutely dire.
