How to complain about your care
If you are unhappy about any aspect of your health or social care, or the service you received, it is best to talk first with a member of staff involved in your care. If they are not able to help you or you feel unable to speak to them, you may want to make a formal complaint and you will need to follow the correct complaints procedure.
Healthwatch York cannot take a complaint on your behalf, but we can point you in the right direction for advice and information.
